Went there for My First time to buy Xmas decorations and I was overwhelmed because I wanted everything. All decorations were so beautiful! They had all you needed to decorate an Apartment, Dorm or Home. Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was Awesome! I will go back!

Large selection in every department. I could happily spend many hours browsing this store. My wall turned out exactly as I wanted! Great prices and Courteous staff. I would recommend.

Had a great experience while shopping at " At Home" in Plano, Texas. I needed advice from a staffer with a DIY project for my patio. Asked for help, and a really great staff member named "Matt" in the patio department came to help me. Matt was a great listener. He provided purchase suggestions, and he helped me find a great find with a floral tall planter i was seeking. * Thanks again, Matt. The DIY was a success 🙌 ✅️. At Home in Plano is a great store, with great finds and down-to-earth staff members ready to help if needed.

Love this store and all the wonderful things it has to offer! I had to make a return and because I am a perks member (free to sign up at any cash register it online!) I didn't even have to provide my receipt! Fantastic customer service and even though the lines can be long, they move very quickly. I expected the prices to be much higher but they were exceptional!

I have always loved this place!! definitely the place to come shop for everything! Its like all in 1 store. The problem sometimes is the price you can find same item somewhere else for WAY much cheaper BUT they just have so much options and you can find literally almost everything. I always let my friends and fam know about this place 🙂👍Just got my first house and was able to find few things I needed to decorate.

I enjoy the lg couch pillows. Most recently I purchased the hookless shower curtain. It took 2min to put it in. I was pleasently surprised. Cust service reps were extremely helpful and made sure I got everything I needed.

I came in this afternoon for some patio furniture, found the display of what i was looking for, but not the actual box of it. I decided to let it go, until a very kind staff member CURT saw me shopping and asked me if i needed any assistance finding anything. Actually yes! I showed him the picture of the patio furniture I was looking for and he did not stop until we found it!! He checked the back, other displays, and was even willing to help get me the one on display if a manager allowed it. thankfully another team member (didn’t catch his name) found the box of it while we were about to get the display one down, but I was so impressed that Curt went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and gave me stellar customer service. Shree at the register was SO sweet and also super helpful in looking up if the patio furniture was in stock. I was super impressed at the guest service at this store!

I don’t leave many reviews but just want to say these people took care of us from A-Z. From picking out the furniture to delivery. Their customer service is top tier. Amazing shopping experience. Shout out to Matt and the night store manager!!

This is a nice and organized AtHome location with a good selection of items. The employees are helpful. Shree in particular is such a positive presence every time we shop. She always provides exceptional service with a smile on her face!
